Tournament Schedule:

Tournament Fee:

• Open Age / Over 35 / Over 45: $800
• 15 to 17 Years: $600
• 12 to 14 Years: $600
• 9 to 11 Years $200
• 6 to 8 Years $200
• Complimentary meals will be provided for all participating teams.

Compensation (Champions):

• Open Age / Over 35: $1,500
• Over 45: $1,000

Games:
Each team is guaranteed 3 games, and teams progressing to knockout stages will play additional games.

Non-Afghan Rule:

1. Open Age: 3 Non-Afghan players allowed per team
2. Over 35: Only Afghan players, with a maximum of 3 players over 30
3. Over 45: Only Afghan players, with a maximum of 3 players over 40
4. 12 to 14 & 15 to 17 Years: No restriction on Afghan or non-Afghan players; anyone can participate
5. 6 to 8 & 9 to 11 Years: No restriction on Afghan or non-Afghan players; anyone can participate

Identification Requirements:

1. Players must present ID before each game
2. Players can participate in knockout stages if their name is on the roster
3. Coaches may request the opposing team’s roster with the organizer’s permission

Game Duration:

• 12 to 14 Years: 30 minutes (Day 1)
• 15 to 17 Years: 35 minutes (Day 1)
• Open Age & Over 35: 40 minutes (Day 1)
• Over 45: 35 minutes (Day 1)
• Knockout Stage: 40 minutes (2 x 20 minutes)

Game Rules:

• Late Arrival: Teams have 5 minutes to be ready, after which the game will be awarded 3-0 to the opposing team.
• Substitutions: Unlimited substitutions are allowed.
• No Cleats Allowed.
• Point System (Group Stage):
  • Win: 3 points
  • Tie: 1 point
  • Lose: 0 points
• Knockout Stage: Win moves on, lose is eliminated. Tied games go to penalty shootouts (5 shots per team).
• Red Cards: A player who receives a red card will be penalized and cannot play for the rest of the current and next game.
• Forfeits: If a team forfeits, the opposing team is awarded a 3-0 victory. If both teams forfeit, no points are awarded.
• Referee Decisions: The decision of the referee is final. No protests will be entertained.
• Zero Tolerance for Fighting: Any fighting results in immediate disqualification from the tournament.

Tie-Breaking Criteria:

1. Highest goal difference
2. Goals forward
3. Goals against
4. Count of red cards
5. Count of yellow cards
6. If still tied, penalty shootouts (3 shots per team)

Team Requirements:

1. Each team is allowed a maximum of 14 players on their roster
2. A final roster must be submitted one day before the tournament
3. Every team must have a coach or manager (can also be a player)
4. A player can only play for one team in the tournament – no switching allowed
5. A player can only play in one division – no participation across multiple age groups or divisions
